The Dirt Behind The Dirt – Tommy’s Home

In Motley Crue’s biopic, The Dirt, released by Netflix last month, there is an outdoor shot of Tommy’s parent’s home in Covina.

I posted a picture of the real house (above) for comparison.

Whoever found that house did a great job. It’s very close. We see the two story over the garage part of the house only. The layout of the home is the same. Both have a tree in the front yard.

The parts that are wrong, no driveway, brick on the front of the house, and instead of a mailbox by the curb, we find a lamp post.

No matter how accurate you do get the same type of neighborhood and feel as you did at the real home. Well done to Tommy. He found a good replacement for the real thing.
